The ORSUS application enables the users to request admin accounts for themselves as well as for their reportees. Access to these accounts in the target system will be granted after workflow (which is defined in the Identity Template) is completed .
On the Global menu, click the My Requests tab, and then click Admin Accounts on the sub-menu. The Admin Accounts page appears.
Provide the following fields in the Basic Information section and then click Save.

| Template Name | Select the Template (that decides workflow, login name convention and other factors) based on which you would like to request admin account. Use the Search button to select from the Identity Templates pop-up window and click Ok. |
| Identity Type & Identity Sub Type | You no need to enter this field. By default, the system will take the data for these fields. |
| Owner Name | If you're requesting the account for yourself, you no need to select this field. If you're requesting for other user, then select the Owner name. Use the search button to select from the Owner Name pop-up window and click Ok. |
| First Name | The first name should not be editable in the creation form as these fields data is auto populating from the owner’s name. |
| Last Name | The last name should not be editable in the creation form as these fields data is auto populating from the owner’s name. |
| Display Name | The display name should be auto populated from the login name in the mentioned format: Prefix-LoginName-Suffix |
| Login Name | The login name should be auto populated once the owner's name is selected and should be editable. |
| Account Target | This section is created in Admin Account Creation form as Account Target to add a target to the admin accounts so that the identity created will be provisioned to target application automatically after all approvals are completed.

After clicking Save, a Success Message displays indicating that Your Information Saved Successfully.
Once the request is submitted for the admin account, users can check the workflow and provision status on the dashboard widget in the global module.
To track the status:
On the Global menu, click the Dashboard . The Dashboard page appears.
In the My Requests widget, on the admin account request click Workflow Status / Provision Status buttons.
Click the User Approval Log button on the Workflow Status- EntityName page to view more details of the workflow.
Click the eye icon to view stage-wise status for the admin account requested.
