Change Security Questions And Answers

You can choose new security questions and type corresponding answers which are easy for you to remember. In the ORSUS application, you need to register security questions at the time of registration (the first time when you access your account). If you would like to update your security questions at a later point in time, you need to come to this screen. The application will not show the old registered security questions and answers for your account due to security reasons.

To change question and answers:

1. On the Global menu, click My Account and then click Account Settings on the sub-menu. The Account Settings page appears.
   
2. Click the Change Q&A tile. The Change Q&A page appears.
3. Do the following and then click Save.

• Select the first question and enter string type answer in the respective field.
  
• Select the second question and enter numeric type answer in the respective field.
  
• Select the third question and enter the date type answer in the respective field.
  

After you save challenge responses, a Success Message displays indicating that Your Information Saved Successfully. And then you will be redirected to the login page.
