Working With Widgets
Following are the widgets included in the ORSUS application.
My Accounts and Memberships - All users can access this widget
Using this widget, you can view all entitlements that are requested for you including target system accounts, and group, role and entitlement memberships.
My Requests - Available for all users.
You can enable this widget to view the requests submitted by you or for yourself. The requests will include account provisioning, and group, role and entitlement membership requests.
My Accounts - Available for all users
You can enable this widget to view your various identity accounts in a pie chart. These account types can include Workforce, Service, Admin, Kerberos, and Shared accounts.
My Recertifications - Available for all users
Using this widget, you can view the total number of entitlements that are due for recertification.
My Notifications - Available for all users
Using this widget, you can view your notifications.
Add Or Modify Widgets on the Dashboard
On the dashboard, you can add, resize and delete widgets. You can make your dashboard with commonly used widgets and place them the way you would like.
To create dashboard using widgets:
- On the Global menu, click the Dashboard . The Dashboard page appears.
- Click the Plus button on the widget to add the widget into the dashboard.
- Click and resize the widget as needed.
- Drag and drop each widget to move and place the widget in a specific area on the dashboard.
- Click on the widget to remove the widget.
