Identity Accounts
You can view your various identity accounts which are provisioned to different target systems and you can change the password for those accounts. These accounts include workforce, service, admin, shared, Kerberos, test, training and exchange accounts. If you are a supervisor, you can view and change the password for your reportees accounts.
To View / Reset Password for Identity Accounts
- On the Global menu, click Identity Accounts. The Identity Accounts page appears.
- Select user from the users pop-up window.
- Search for an account in the search field and filter Account Type from the dropdown list.
- Click the Change Password button on the account tile, enter the password and then click Save.
