Manage Your OTP

You can manage highly secure One-Time-Password (OTP) for ensuring additional authentication of your identity. You can set the OTP feature by adding either a mobile number or an email ID in the respective fields.
Once you opt for OTP service, a unique, secure code will be sent to your registered mobile number or email ID every time you log in. OTPs will be also asked to access critical applications and data.

To manage OTP:

1. On the Global menu, click My Account and then click Account Settings on the sub-menu. The Account Settings page appears.
2. Click the Manage OTP button. The Manage OTP pop-up window displays. The Mobile Numbers tab is the active tab.
   
3. Enter a mobile phone number in the Mobile Number field and then click Add button.
   
4. Click the Is SMS Enabled? checkbox if the mobile number has enabled to receive SMS.
   

After clicking add, a Success Message displays indicating that Transaction Success. Click Ok to return Manage OTP page. The added mobile number displays in Existing Mobile Numbers field.
Note: Provide the mobile number which is already registered in third party gateway for OTP generation.

1. Open the Email Id tab, enter an email address in the Email Address field and then click Add button.
   

After clicking Add, a Success Message displays indicating that Your Information Saved Successfully. The added email id displays in Existing Email Addresses field.

1. Click Ok to return to the My Accounts page.
