Request Entitlements
Entitlements are privileges associated with accounts and groups in the target systems and they provide access to designated resources in a specific target. The entitlements can include target system (Active Directory, Okta, O365, etc) accounts, group memberships, membership provisioning based on roles, and entitlement membership based on application.
You can raise a request for entitlement for yourself as well as for your reportees who you wish to be provisioned to target system accounts or groups. Upon request submission, the application then initiates the workflow associated with the request to complete provisioning.
To request entitlements :
- On the Global menu, click the My Requests tab and then click Entitlements. The Request Entitlements page appears.
- If you're requesting for yourself, you no need to click the search button. By default, the system will show your name on the User Name field. Otherwise, in the User Name field, select the search button to select a user whom you wish to request entitlement and then click OK.
- In each entity tab such as Targets, Groups, Roles, and App Entitlements sections, select the item that you want to request and then click on the Cart button.
- Provide justification for each item you would like to request, click the Request checkbox and then click Check Out.
Upon the request submission, you can check the workflow and provision status of the request submitted.
Track the Progression of Entitlement Requests
- On the Global menu, click the Dashboard . The Dashboard page appears.
- In the My Requests widget, on the request click Workflow Status / Provision Status buttons.
- Click the User Approval Log button on the Workflow Status- EntityName page to view more details of the workflow.

Click the eye icon to view stage-wise status for the entitlement requested.
