Reset Your Password

You can reset your ORSUS account password to the desired one using the Reset password page. Without knowing the old password, you will not be allowed to reset the password.

To reset the password:

1. On the Global menu, click My Account and then click Account Settings on the sub-menu. The Account Settings page appears.
2. Click the Reset Password tile. The Reset Your Password page appears.
3. Do the following and click Save.

• Type your old password in the Old Password field.
• Type the new password in the New Password field.
• Type your new password again in the Confirm Password field.

Note: A new password must comply with password policy requirements such as maximum characters (8), minimum characters (5), special character usage (required), digit usage (required) and upper-case usage (required).
After clicking Save, a Success Message displays indicating that Your Information Saved Successfully. And then you will be redirected to the login page.
